Crisis Communications

Our crisis practice works tirelessly with clients to devise crisis communication protocols and to avert a crisis event, if at all possible. This is done through rehearsing crisis scenarios with clients, establishing early warning systems, and closely monitoring predictable events that should turn into full-blown crisis events.

In the case of a predictable or unforeseen issue occurring, we will work with management teams to generate initial media responses, help clients gather relevant information to defend their organization’s reputation and our crisis team will provide full operational support in the client’s crisis center. We have guided many government clients through disruptive events before and helped them navigate the numerous pitfalls that occur during stressful and sensitive crisis operations.
